- How does the trial work?

14 days free on either tier. Card collected at signup,
no charge until day 15. Cancel from your dashboard at
any point during the trial; nothing is billed.
- Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?

Yes — at any time, from
/billing
in your operator dashboard. The upgrade takes effect
immediately and you're prorated for the remaining days
in the billing period. No call, no contract change.
- Can I downgrade from Pro to Basic?

Yes, anytime, also from /billing. The downgrade takes
effect at the end of the current billing period. Your
Operator Intel data is retained for 30 days post-downgrade
in case you change your mind, then purged.
- What happens when I add or remove a property?

We sync the count to Stripe automatically (~1 second
lag) every time. You're billed prorated for the days
each unit was actually live. No need to manage seats or
contact support to add capacity.
- Is the per-property price by claimed listing or by physical property?

By physical property. One unit, one
price — regardless of how many OTAs you list it on.
Operators can claim Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, and direct
channels for the same property at no extra cost.
- What's your refund policy?

If you cancel during the 14-day trial, nothing is
charged. After day 15, charges for the current month
are non-refundable but you can cancel mid-month and
you won't be charged for the next billing period.
Audit-trail PDF stays available for 30 days post-cancel.
- How do you handle PII (passport scans, IDs)?

Encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key in EU-resident
Vault, decrypted only for the duration of an authority
submission. Scans are deleted from object storage as
soon as the submission receipt is acknowledged.
